Shipping Policy

Your package will be sent using EMS unless you request Fedex or DHL service (which is usually more costly). You will be provided with a tracking number to track the status of your shipment. Shipping cost will be calculated after we receive your order. We will try our best to provide you with the lowest shipping cost possible. The below are estimated shipping fee for standard 700ml bottle, please note that these numbers are only estimates, the actual shipping fee will be calculated after we received your full address and order details.

Shipping usually takes 4-6 days, but unfortunately we have no control over the speed of the shipment which may (rarely) be delayed by factors such as peak shipping periods, customs delays, shipping fleet cancellations, etc. 

 

Customs & Taxes

We do not add taxes on your orders. However, your order could be subject to local sales taxes and duties upon arrival in your chosen country which are levied at the time the package clears customs. All additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, AAWhisky.com has no control over these charges so you should contact your local customs office for further information. 

If your order is being held by your local customs office you will be able to determine this from the information viewable through the tracking process. 

 

Payment

We accept credit card payments as well as PayPal. An additional 3% of the total billing amount will be added, this amount is charged by our payment gateway.
